GENE CZECHOWICZ HAS "HOLE IN ONE"

Sunday, August 8th was an exciting day for Gene Czechowicz of Pewaukee and three of his friends - Steve Hanson, Dave Linsmier and Terry McCoy as well as the foursome ahead of them which included Gene's son, Dan and his friend Carl Birch, Steve's son, Tyler and Dave's son, Colin who all witnessed the "Hole in One" at Tahoe Lynx Golf Course in Mercer, WI.  Gene teed off on the #9, 116 yd, par 3 and in a moment his foursome was jumping and cheering.  His shot had gone into the hole for a "Hole in One".  It was thrilling.  Gene used a 9-iron to drop his ball in.  The pin placement was one of the toughest on that green.  It was on the top edge of the green on a gentle downward slope.
